Smitha has over a decade of experience in General Corporate, M&A, and Capital Markets, with diverse backgrounds in a leading Indonesian boutique law firm as well as an international affiliated law firm in Indonesia. Her tenure in two multinational listed companies has strengthened and widened her practical approaches to handling transactions.

Smitha is admitted to practice in Indonesia and has passed one of the requirements to be admitted as Indonesian capital market consultant.

Prior to Kyora, one of the selected major transactions she was involved in was tower sales transaction of Indonesia's leading mobile operator in connection with the sale of 2,500 telecommunications towers across the country through an auction. This complex deal requires the participation of multiple stakeholders in large numbers for the transfer of assets and contracts as her expertise in this area was evident as she effortlessly navigated complex legal documents, contracts, and regulations, ensuring that the company’s interests were protected.
